Stuffed potato pump with cheese

Potato pump


Mashed potatoes fleiss 125gr.
Parsley, chopped 2 tbsp.
Egg 1
Grated cheese 100gr
Salt - pepper - nutmeg
Breading egg w / n
Flour w / n
Breadcrumbs w / n
Mozzarella for filling c / n
Frying oil


Prepare the mashed potatoes to indicate the package. Add the egg, grated cheese, parsley, seasonings and mix.

Chop the mozzarella into cubes and surround them with the mash forming the bombs of stuffed potatoes.

Pass each of the pumps for flour, egg and breadcrumbs. If you want to repeat this operation for a better breading.

Fry the pumps in hot oil until golden. Remove and place it on absorbent paper. Serve as a single dish or garnish of meats.

Tip: You can also assemble the same potato bombs using different fillings such as fried shrimp, blue cheese, etc.
